Humans are naturally biased about everything. I'm biased against watching biased reviewers. It doesn't take much to swing people over to one way of thinking and sadly they're not conscious of the bias, also natural. Ask any psychologist if it matters to you. I'll keep looking for the genuine reviewers but so hard to find now.

I have the same setup and love it. I also have the exact same issues with the clacking from the quick release, and the noisy shifters. Not an issue when I'm wearing headphones but quite annoying when I'm not.

My biggest issue with the F1 games is that they pull the old games from the stores. Sure licenses expire and everything but with the amount of features they remove from the game year after year, Players should have access to the older games if they don't have them already.

Ive got dozens of Smart Tags (old version) and a few of the new and all worked perfect even outside the EU (I travel a lot) so there was something wrong at the start. I lost the keys 2 times and I found them thanks to the tag. And also use the tag to locate where I parked my cars, cause sometimes I go for a long time without using them, and I always know where they are, and even if someone has used any of them because of the 7 day location history.... So... Smart tags are worth it, they work as they're intended, and will help you when you need them.

I made a Kart racing game "Ultimate Godspeed". Everybody keeps modify the race track by placing shortcuts and traps. Its basically a mashup of "Ultimate Chicken Horse" and "Mario Kart".

If it doesn't last longer than my steel keys it doesn't work and is useless.

This game feels so bad it’s unreal, especially compared to 23. I literally cannot comprehend how in a whole year of development, all that team managed to do is remove features and make the game drive like mario kart. I was a league racer in f1 23 and I really enjoyed it but I’m seriously considering moving away to iRacing after I played this absolute disaster

Every year I watch reviews like this and instantly think nope! I'll wait till it hits EA access/game pass. Even then they don't stay installed for long. The last game I personally enjoyed was 2020 before EA got their cash grabbing mits all over the licence. With Sims like ACC and iRacing being miles better than this. It's time EA stepped up and sorted Bug Masters out or gave the licence to a dev team more qualified. In the meantime I'll just download some F1.24 mods for AC (a ten year old game!).

F1 24 costs 80€ and F1 23 still costs 80€ as well. EA really starts to piss me off. The older I get the less I find myself sitting on my ass and play games. It just sucks. Way to expensive these days and nothing is worth it's money. The last good game for me was Crusader Kings 3 or Red Dead Redemption 2. Ok Gran Turismo 7 is good too I'd say but it's also pay to win at this point. That's it. FIFA sucks, F1 sucks, WWE sucks. Gaming for me isn't the same anymore when I was younger. They just copy and paste and sell virtual coins and points for real money to keep you addicted.

I've previously watched 5 or 6 tests where the smart tag was the clear winner. Something was wrong in this test. Someone in the comments mentioned the share location was turned off.

I think the main issue, as it was with the nascar games, is code(wannabe)masters.

The problem with Codemasters "copy & paste" is that bugs that have been fixed are regularly reappearing, new and obvious bugs are added to it and most new features don't work as they should despite the fact that the majority of the game they're working on isn't new. Their games are incredibly bad given that they have this solid "copy paste" foundation to improve on. You would expect the games to get bigger and better every year, with old, working and well balanced features to remain in the game but thats not the case with EA and Codemasters.

So this is the channel and the creator who is also responsible for that shitty 1.3 patch? Thanks for nothing.

Thwy shouldve released it 1-2 months after and polished the game in that time.

If you have to spend an hour tweaking your wheel settings and then spend more hours making (unrealistic) setup changes at every single track just to make the car feel drivable, perhaps you should just save yourself $70 and not buy the game at all this year Im still on f1 2020 and have zero desire to buy the new ones

Do engines still blow up a lot in career mode? This put me off in 22 and I gave up on the game. It may have been my fault for driving as fast as I could constantly, but I don’t understand how you’re meant to drive another way? 🤷‍♂️

Looks great? Looks like a painting, looks artificial, looks pale, way too much aerial perspective/haze, typical Codemasters style, UI is nested into too many sub menus, how often one has to click before you can start driving? i dont like f1 23 physics but i never bought a f1 game for full price or ever truly owned one i just play the game on gamepass and wait a year for last years game to come in. rinse and repeat. but 2020 and 2021 are gone now. and i dont lie the sim cade stuff there aiming for so if 24 plays better on a controller than 23 i may just by it when it goes on sale if i care enough

I bought every videogame since 2020( when that cool feature about your own team career mode was released) but ever since, it was a huge failure and disappointment, all games had bugs and serious issues in first 2 weeks since release, every game ever since is nothing more than a minor fix of last game s problems and some minimal features … the graphics level is unacceptable for a 2024 game, that graphics level can be ranked at the expectations of 2015 gamers in the most positive scenario. The level of damage is disappointing as well, more realistic crashes I have seen in gta vice city … They practically ask more money every year for a goddamn update, for a superficial project they worked at …. The problem is people still buy it, if we can anyhow to boycott it by not buying the game, maybe EA will pay some attention to that project … but this way, every year will be about a week time working on updating liveries and fixing some minor issues and voila… the brand new f1 is here
